Refund policy

We want you to love your OVYA piece. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

Return window: 7 days from delivery.

Eligible for return:

• Damaged on arrival
• Wrong item received
• Manufacturing defect 

Not eligible:

• Worn or used items
• Items returned without original packaging and tags
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Customised or personalised pieces
• Sale or discounted items

How to return:

1. Email ovyajewels@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photos.
2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back in original packaging.
4. Once received, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

Refunds: Refunded to the original payment method. COD orders refunded via bank transfer.
